Can I combine items from several orders into one return parcel?Updated 2 months ago

We strongly advise against returning items from separate orders in the same parcel. Each order should be returned with its assigned returns label to ensure the correct processing of each item.

If items from different orders are combined in one parcel, it may cause delays, especially during our quality checks in the warehouse, as outlined in our Fair Returns Policy. We may need additional time to process the return correctly, and the items could be held up while we verify and sort them.

If you wish to add additional items to an existing return, please cancel the existing returns label via the Returns Hub. You can create a new return with all desired items included by logging back onto the Returns Hub using your order details.


Please note, all items must be returned from the original shipping country, new, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached within 30 days of order receipt.
