If you return one or both qualifying items, the value of the complimentary cashmere gift will be deducted from your refund.

For example:

• If you return one of your two purchased items, you’ll no longer meet the promotion’s eligibility, so the gift’s value will be deducted from your refund.

• If you return both items, the same applies, the gift’s value will be subtracted from your total refund.

All returns are processed in line with our standard Returns Policy.
