I bought my PANGAIA item elsewhere, can I return it to you or get a replacement?Updated 2 days ago

If you purchased your item from another retailer, we’re really sorry, but we’re unable to process a return or offer a replacement directly.

Our returns and replacements can only be handled for orders placed through our official website. If you bought your item through a third-party retailer, such as a department store, stockist, or another platform, you will need to reach out to them directly. Each of our retail partners has its own return and exchange policy, and they’ll be best placed to assist you with any issues.
